Good To Go

NHS Test and Trace
To comply with the Government’s guidelines, you will be asked to provide your contact details each time you visit our pub, our sign in sheet will be located at our entrance (via the front or back door, depending on where you are sitting).  This will assist with the NHS Test and Trace scheme and help to contain the spread of COVID-19.  We will only share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace if required. We will not share or use your details for any other purpose, your details will only remain on the premises for the 21 days, then they will be stored and kept accordingly.

Procedures and Measures in place
Outdoor areas at hospitality venues (cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, social clubs, including in member’s clubs) can reopen, including for takeaway alcohol. We are open for food and drink from 12th April 2021. We will be utilising the front garden, back garden and the 3 Pods.
Some venues may wish to erect outdoor shelters. To be considered ‘outdoors’, shelters, marquees and other structures can have a roof but need to have at least 50% of the area of their walls open at all times whilst in use. These venues may allow customers to use toilets located inside. We have a marquee in the back garden, and this is open 50% (2 walls open). The 3 Pods will also be available to customers who have made a booking in advance and these will also be open 50% (doors and windows will remain open at all times).
At any premises serving alcohol, customers will be required to order, be served and eat/drink while seated (“table service”). We are providing table service only. Customers are only allowed into the pub to use the toilets. Staff will not make conversation with any customers inside the pub.
Face coverings must be worn in England in premises providing hospitality, except when seated at a table to eat and or drink. Food and drink will only be served to customers seated outside or in the Pods. Customers will not be required to wear face coverings while outside but MUST wear a face covering when entering the premises to use the toilets.
Collecting contact details for NHS Test and Trace and NHS QR code check-in. Certain organisations are legally required to request contact details of customers, visitors and staff and display an official NHS QR code poster. Organisations within the hospitality sector are required to take reasonable steps to prevent entry to those who refuse to provide their details or scan the NHS QR code. We have a test and trace and NHS QR Code displayed at the entrance of the Pub. This must be completed by all customers.
We are encouraging contactless payments to reduce cash handling.
